Sandy S. Castor is the accomplished principal and founder of Castor Consulting LLC, bringing a wealth of expertise in program management, strategic partnership, and community engagement. With a distinguished career that spans political campaigns, from Mayoral to Presidential levels, Sandy notably served as the youngest statewide director for the transformative America Coming Together (ACT) organization. Beyond politics, her consulting prowess has enabled her to provide strategic oversight on complex multi-billion-dollar portfolios, while her work with the MCJ Amelior Foundation saw her lead initiatives focused on community development and equitable growth.
Sandy's academic credentials, including a B.S. in Political Science from Fordham University and ongoing MBA studies at NJIT, complement her vast practical experience. A proven leader across public, private, and philanthropic sectors, she excels in crafting innovative strategies, nurturing impactful partnerships, and driving transformative opportunities.

MEET THE TEAM
Sherrilyn is a detail-oriented project manager and accounting professional who provides strategic support for clients by leveraging her in-depth knowledge in multi-year cash flow analysis, financial modeling and analysis, and development analysis.

Sherrilyn has over the years of budget management and costs analysis of multi-million and multi-billion dollar development and construction project portfolios with over 1 million square feet of retail, commercial and residential space for companies such as The Related Group, Lefrak Properties, and Montefiore Medical Center.

Sherrilyn earned her BBA in Real Estate Finance and Development from Baruch College, and her M.S. in Accountancy from Baruch College, CPA.
